Senior Accountant

Butler Rose are pleased to be supporting a modern and forward thinking accountancy practice in Peterborough who are looking to hire an ACCA / ACA qualified Senior.

This role will manage a varied portfolio of clients, completing year end and management accounts, as well as personal and corporation tax returns.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of varied accounts clients

• Prepare year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT, and corporation tax

• Liaise with clients directly to answer financial queries and review accounts

• Ideally you will be part ACCA / ACA qualified but nearly or newly qualified candidates will be considered dependent on previous experience

• A minimum of 4+ years’ experience working within a UK accountancy practice is essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to work closely with clients

• Experience preparing year end and management accounts, VAT, and corporation tax
