This is a hands-on role where you will oversee client accounts, manage and develop teams, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will support complex financial reporting and advisory work while bridging operational delivery with managerial responsibilities, helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring the team thrives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of client portfolios, managing assignments and deadlines efficiently.
  • Support fee discussions and engagement terms with clients, escalating where appropriate.

  • Identify scope variations and propose additional work or ad-hoc fees for approval.
