Butler Rose Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a thriving and fast-paced business in the Lancaster area to recruit a Sales Co-Ordinator/Advisor. This is not your typical sales role. You'll be working with warm inbound enquiries and website-generated leads, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best - building relationships, closing deals, and delivering outstanding customer service. As the role develops you can also get involved with winning back lapsed clients, attending Trade shows and lots more to increase earning potential even further!

You'll be at the forefront of the customer journey - managing inbound sales enquiries, converting leads, and nurturing accounts to maximise long-term value. This is a fast-moving, high-energy environment where success comes from being proactive, responsive, and commercially sharp.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and website-generated leads
- Deliver a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
- Recommend tailored solutions and confidently close sales
- Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Build and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue
- Maintain and manage your pipeline through the CRM system
- Proactively reach out to customers and prospects to generate opportunities
- Handle incoming calls, resolving queries and overcoming objections
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth
