This is an outstanding opportunity for a forward‑thinking Quality Manager to take a leading role in shaping and driving quality standards across the business. The Role
- You will be the driving force behind the company's quality agenda, spearheading initiatives that support excellence, growth, and operational performance.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and evolving Quality Management Systems in line with key accreditations (ISO9001 etc)
- Leading quality improvement projects, embedding best‑practice methodologies and reducing defects
- Planning and delivering internal audits, tracking performance, and ensuring relevant KPIs remain meaningful and up to date
- Hosting inspections and working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure standards and expectations are met
- Training and coaching colleagues in quality principles, tools, and best practice
- Overseeing inspection teams, ensuring robust documentation, traceability, and measured performance
About You
You're a confident communicator and natural leader, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. To be successful, you will bring:
- Degree‑level education and Six Sigma Green Belt (or above)
- Strong ICT capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience using quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, FAIR, PPAP, 5 Whys, and 8D
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Experience with measurement instrumentation (CMM, Profile Projector, Micrometers, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational prowess, and strong communication skills
