Butler Rose is exclusively working with a leading manufacturing business in Plymouth to recruit an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. In this role, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, financial modelling, and delivering insight to support strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of a modern, technology‑driven FP&A function, helping improve reporting processes, automation, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
- Produce monthly performance reports and variance analysis.
- Develop rolling forecasts and financial models.
- Deliver analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and operational performance.
- Support board and senior leadership reporting.
- Drive improvements in reporting, automation, and FP&A systems.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and finance transformation initiatives.
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
