About the Role

Our large facilities management client is seeking three experienced Finance Transformation Leads to join a major large Fleet Transformation Programme based in Northampton. This is a high-impact programme focused on driving end-to-end financial and operational transformation, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency, financial modelling, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of workstreams within a large-scale £20m transformation programme
  • Drive change initiatives and embed a strong continuous improvement mindset across finance and operational teams
  • Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and programme outcomes
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including challenging assumptions where required
  • Provide clear, concise updates on programme performance to senior leadership
  • Support decision-making through high-quality financial insight and analysis

About You

  • Strong background in finance transformation, FP&A, or large-scale change programmes
  • Confident financial modeller with excellent analytical capability
  • Proven experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and value delivery
  • Able to translate complex programme data into clear executive-level messaging
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation environments
