A leading UK publisher is seeking experienced Royalty Specialists to support and stabilise their recent transition to Alliant (Rightsline). The business is facing adoption and processing challenges and needs experts to help fix errors, enhance controls and ensure the system operates smoothly going forward.
What you'll be doing:
- Investigating and correcting royalty processing errors
- Performing detailed royalty reconciliations and identifying root causes
- Working with finance, systems and editorial stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Designing and implementing process improvements and preventative controls
- Supporting wider Alliant adoption and advising teams on best practice
What we're looking for:
- Extensive royalty accounting experience in publishing, media or rights-based sectors
- Strong grasp of royalty workflows, contracts and statements
- Alliant (Rightsline) experience strongly preferred
- Accountancy background (qualified or QBE) with excellent reconciliation skills
- Proactive, analytical and comfortable in fast-paced change environments
