This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 10 growing accountancy firm in Tunbridge Wells. The firm prides itself on helping clients thrive through expert tax and accountancy services, advisory, corporate finance, and restructuring. With a strong focus on professional development and a collaborative culture, the corporate tax team is expanding and looking for a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of clients and support junior staff, while contributing to both compliance and advisory projects. The role can flex to suit your strengths, whether that's compliance, advisory, or a mix of both.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including SMEs, OMBs, and larger corporates.
- Undertake corporate tax compliance, advisory work, and corporate tax provisioning.
- Support transactional and due diligence assignments where required.
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior staff.
- Maintain regular client contact and provide exceptional client service.
- Liaise with Partners and demonstrate strong management skills.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-referrals and business development.
Personal Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant corporate tax experience within practice.
- Strong technical ability in corporate tax and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing people and client relationships.
- Excellent client focus and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
