Are you an organised Accounts Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established business that's looking for an experienced finance administrator to join the team on a Temporary basis, supporting a busy accounts function during an important period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, credit control, or finance administration who enjoys keeping things organised, building relationships, and making a real impact behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the invoicing process and ensuring customer invoices are issued accurately and on time.
- Assisting with accounts receivable administration and helping keep customer accounts up to date.
- Processing cash receipts and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing customer statements and supporting payment reminder activity.
- Working closely with internal teams to gather information needed for billing and account queries.
- Helping resolve outstanding account issues and keeping administration running smoothly.
- Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues across the business.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Credit Control, Sales Ledger, or finance administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Someone who can work independently while being a supportive member of a collaborative team.

Essential requirements
