This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual looking to build a career in internal audit and risk assurance. Role Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced auditors during the initial training period.
- Assist with internal audits across a variety of operational and compliance areas.
- Conduct audit testing and process reviews to identify risks and control weaknesses.
- Support clients in improving processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Identify potential fraud risks and compliance concerns during audit assignments.
- Prepare audit findings and communicate recommendations clearly to clients.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams and boards.
- Complete audits independently with support from the wider team as experience develops.
- Adapt to different client environments, subject areas, and workplans.
- Travel occasionally to client sites across the East of England, South East, and London.
