Interim Finance Manager

Role Overview

I\’m currently working on an Interim Finance Manager opportunity based in Lancaster. This is an interim role for a minimum of 3 months, with an immediate start, reporting directly to the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing weekly commercial snapshot reports (income vs cost of sales)
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Reconciliations and problem‑solving across the finance function
• Data analysis and performance tracking against budgets
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand the story behind the numbers
• Proactively identifying issues and taking ownership

Ideal Candidate

Hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast‑paced interim environment. Qualified by experience or professionally.
