An exciting digital asset trading firm is looking for a Head of Compliance & MLRO (SMF16/17) to take strategic ownership of regulatory leadership.

Key Responsibilities

About You

  • You've held SMF16 and SMF17 roles before and have experience interacting with regulators (ideally FCA)

  • You are commercially focused, comfortable in high-growth environments, and experienced in onboarding high-risk clients
  • You can effectively influence leadership and drive strategic regulatory initiatives
