Butler Rose is delighted to be representing this dynamic enterprise in the heart of Central London, in their search for a Financial Accounts Assistant (Multiple Entity) to assist through a busy audit and reporting period. This is a short term temporary role with immediate start and is based out of London with a hybrid working arrangement (2/3 days in the office). This is a hands‑on role suited to someone early in their career who can support across financial statements, reconciliations, and audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of financial statements across multiple entities
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Prepare audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors
  • Maintain and organise financial documentation to ensure audit readiness
  • Assist with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
  • Provide general support to the financial reporting team during period‑end
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple legal entities

Requirements

  • Part‑qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or early‑stage finance professional
  • Experience working in a multi‑entity or group environment is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Exposure to audit processes or financial reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks
