About the Role
Our large facilities management client is seeking three experienced Finance Transformation Leads to join a major large Fleet Transformation Programme based in Northampton. This is a high-impact programme focused on driving end-to-end financial and operational transformation, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency, financial modelling, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of workstreams within a large-scale £20m transformation programme
- Drive change initiatives and embed a strong continuous improvement mindset across finance and operational teams
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and programme outcomes
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including challenging assumptions where required
- Provide clear, concise updates on programme performance to senior leadership
- Support decision-making through high-quality financial insight and analysis
