Butler Rose are working with a thriving and progressive business in Yeadon, nr Leeds offering a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll & Accounts/Bookkeeping Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a great role for someone with payroll AND accounts experience who is looking to expand their skillset and develop across both areas and take their career to the next level. Training and support for payroll and accounts development will be provided, making it ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their payroll/finance career and gain qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls using Sage Payroll
- Manage RTI submissions and HMRC queries
- Handle starters, leavers, P45s, P60s and statutory payments
- Support pension auto‑enrolment and provider updates
- Respond to employee payroll queries
- Assist with accounts and bookkeeping tasks using Xero (training available)
About You
- Experience in payroll processing and accounts/bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Keen to learn and develop new finance skills
