The role
We're looking for a motivated Internal Recruiter to join a growing team. This role would particularly suit someone with experience in agency recruitment who is looking to move in-house, or someone early in their recruitment career wanting a more relationship-led environment. A really exciting role, you'll support the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and playing a key role in attracting and retaining talent.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the recruitment process from brief through to offer
- Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels
- Screening candidates and conducting initial calls
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates engaged throughout
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in agency recruitment, resourcing, or HR position
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- Well organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
- A proactive, driven approach with a genuine interest in recruitment
