This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 10 growing accountancy firm in Tunbridge Wells. The role can flex to suit your strengths, whether that's compliance, advisory, or a mix of both.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including SMEs, OMBs, and larger corporates.
  • Undertake corporate tax compliance, advisory work, and corporate tax provisioning.
  • Support transactional and due diligence assignments where required.
  • Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior staff.
  • Maintain regular client contact and provide exceptional client service.
  • Liaise with Partners and demonstrate strong management skills.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-referrals and business development.

Personal Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Significant corporate tax experience within practice.
  • Strong technical ability in corporate tax and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing people and client relationships.
  • Excellent client focus and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
