This is a key role combining commercial insight, strategic influence, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to senior operational leaders, providing insight to guide decision‑making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support business strategy
- Deliver clear, forward‑looking financial analysis to improve performance and profitability
- Drive cost control and identify efficiency opportunities across operations
- Support transformation initiatives, including systems and process improvements
- Enhance reporting by moving towards insight‑led, visual outputs
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in operational environments (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, distribution) advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving and evolving business
