As Head of Supply Chain, you will lead, mentor, and strengthen a relatively new and developing team within an established supply chain function. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with SME manufacturing experience, particularly in businesses that build physical products in-house and rely on a wide and varied supplier/commodity base. You will partner closely with operations, procurement, planning, and logistics, providing both strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ensure the business continues to perform at an industry-leading standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a Purchasing team that is established but relatively new and still growing in capability.
- Oversee supply chain disciplines, including procurement and stores but with the long-term business goal of including Group wide supply-chain.
