Butler Rose is working with a client in Aylesbury that is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join its busy, customer-focused team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process from order management through to invoicing, coordinating engineer schedules, maintaining customer records, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders and ensure smooth progression through to invoicing.
- Coordinate activities between Sales, Finance and Logistics teams.
- Schedule engineer workloads, installations and maintenance visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Produce reports and support data management activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
About You
- Looking for someone with life experiences, good customer service experience and ideally someone who has worked with technical products (like medical).
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
