What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and update project schedules so everyone knows what’s happening and when
  • Help teams stay aligned by coordinating resources and keeping plans current
  • Pull together simple reports that show progress and highlight what’s needed
  • Promote safe working practices in your day-to-day tasks
  • Be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at reception
  • Keep digital and paper records organised and easy to find
  • Make sure mail, documents and information reach the right people promptly
  • Support Contract Managers with day-to-day admin
  • Arrange vehicle maintenance and service schedules
  • Book accommodation and travel when needed
  • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to solve problems
  • Gather key documents (timesheets, invoices, labour records, vehicle checks)
  • Ensure managers have everything they need for quick approvals
  • Maintain supervisor documentation so it’s always up to date
  • Share snag lists with the right people to keep projects moving
  • Jump in to help with anything that supports the wider team
