What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and update project schedules so everyone knows what’s happening and when
- Help teams stay aligned by coordinating resources and keeping plans current
- Pull together simple reports that show progress and highlight what’s needed
- Promote safe working practices in your day-to-day tasks
- Be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face at reception
- Keep digital and paper records organised and easy to find
- Make sure mail, documents and information reach the right people promptly
- Support Contract Managers with day-to-day admin
- Arrange vehicle maintenance and service schedules
- Book accommodation and travel when needed
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to solve problems
- Gather key documents (timesheets, invoices, labour records, vehicle checks)
- Ensure managers have everything they need for quick approvals
- Maintain supervisor documentation so it’s always up to date
- Share snag lists with the right people to keep projects moving
- Jump in to help with anything that supports the wider team
