Independent Accountancy Practice in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Butler Rose Public Practice is pleased to be supporting a small independent accountancy practice in Haddenham in their search for an Accounts Senior/Client Manager to join their team. This role would suit a practice-trained accounting professional who enjoys working in a close-knit environment with a supportive and friendly team. You'll need to have strong experience managing a varied client portfolio and delivering year-end accounts, tax, bookkeeping services and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review year-end accounts for a varied client base
  • Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600s
  • Produce management accounts
  • Complete personal tax returns
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Provide bookkeeping and payroll services
  • Act as the main contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Support junior team members
Key Requirements
  • MAAT/AAT Level 4 qualified
  • Strong practice experience (5+ years)
  • Confident with IRIS, CCH, Xero, Sage and cloud accounting software
  • Experience managing a large client portfolio
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
