We're currently recruiting for a Payroll & Credit Control Assistant to join a busy team on a temporary basis, providing cover for a period of long-term sickness. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support to the finance team.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting both payroll and credit control functions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
Supporting payroll queries and resolving discrepancies where required.
Managing credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments.
Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts where necessary.
Communicating with customers and internal teams regarding outstanding balances and
