We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the family. Enjoy reassuring country pub classics, homemade flat bread pizzas, seafood & steaks from the plancha grill and fantastic Sunday Roasts paired with our selection of award-winning beers. With the addition of outside booths you can now enjoy long chilled evenings in the garden. For those colder nights, take a seat around the built in fire pit. Relax knowing the little ones are entertained in the kids play area.
You Will Be
- A top notch Assistant Manager who can serve great drinks and food and make what we do the talk of the town.
- Someone with knowledge of guests staying with us overnight.
- A leader who leads from the front, gets stuck in and is confident creating rotas and policies.
- A bit of a star with numbers, helping manage pricing, stock control, wastage, and labour.
- Passionate about seeing our customers enjoy themselves and championing this in the venue.
- An individual, not a robot.
- A champion of safety, fully up to speed with health and safety, legislation and standards.
- Someone who raises the spirits of your team through great training, recruiting new superstars or just making someone smile.
