Are you passionate about hospitality and love delivering outstanding experiences? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Events Manager to join our team at Butcombe Pubs & Inns!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all weddings and events, liaising with the General Manager to ensure our guests’ needs are met.
- Be a true ambassador for Butcombe Pubs, passionate about our brand and the local area.
- Work closely with our guests and internal teams to deliver memorable events and experiences, meeting all requirements with precision.
- Proactively drive new business, follow up on all leads, and support key projects throughout the seasonal calendar.
- Conduct venue show-arounds, promoting our services and offerings.
- Monitor and review all enquiries, ensuring smooth communication with the General Manager.
- Full responsibility of our reservations desk and team.

- Proven experience in event sales or coordination is a must.

Hours Of Work
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week over 5 days.
- Sunday to Saturday availability, including some evening and bank holiday shifts.
