The Role
As Head Barman, you’ll take full ownership of the bar operation and work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
You Will
- Lead and motivate the bar team during busy services
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, quality, and presentation
- Help develop and maintain a strong drinks offer (draught, cocktails, wines, and premium spirits)
- Manage stock, ordering, and GP control
- Train and develop junior team members
- Keep the bar organised, clean, and running smoothly at all times
