Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Assistant Manager to join the team at The High Corner, Ringwood – part of the Butcombe Boutique Inns collection. This is a full-time role with Live options available. The High Corner is a hidden gem deep in the New Forest – a stunning country inn with boutique bedrooms, roaring fires, and fresh, seasonal menus. Surrounded by woodland walks and wildlife, it’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead and inspire the team, making sure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to help deliver high standards across the bar, restaurant, and rooms.
