As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, given opportunities to develop your skills, and encouraged to bring your passion to the plate.
Key Responsibilities- Running your section efficiently during prep and service
- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining high kitchen standards
- Following kitchen procedures, including health & safety and cleanliness
- Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in a quality kitchen
- A strong understanding of fresh, seasonal cooking
- Good communication, organisation, and time management
- A team player who’s keen to learn and grow
- Pride in your work and attention to detail under pressure
