Liberation Drinks is looking for aTrainee Cellar Service Technicianto join our team in Jersey. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone practical, proactive and keen to build a long-term career in drinks dispense and cellar management.
You'll be out and about across the island, supporting our pubs, bars and restaurants - learning how to install, maintain and service drinks dispense systems while ensuring every pour meets our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:
- Supporting with planned preventative maintenance on drinks dispense equipment
- Assisting with reactive repairs and emergency breakdowns
- Carrying out line cleaning to strict quality schedules
- Learning how to install and commission dispense systems
- Completing service documentation accurately and on time
- Communicating clearly with customers and the Technical Services Manager
- Managing your workload effectively, including participation in an on-call rota
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Is energetic, self-motivated and hands-on with an "I can fix this" attitude
- Enjoys practical problem-solving
- Is a strong team player with excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Has a genuine interest in beer and is passionate about quality
- Is physically fit and comfortable working in cellar environments
- Holds a full, valid driving licence
