What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating brilliant guest experiences by delivering warm, friendly and efficient service at all times.
- Serving food and drinks across the bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas with confidence and care.
- Helping to keep the pub running smoothly throughout the day, including set-up and close-down of service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere across all front-of-house areas.
- Supporting the team during busy shifts to ensure service is fast, smooth, and well-organised.
- Preparing the bar and restaurant areas for service, including restocking and glassware management.
- Following all safety, hygiene, and licensing standards to keep guests and colleagues safe.
- Working closely with your team to create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment.
- Taking pride in your role, bringing personality, and delivering every shift with a “can do” attitude.
