Join Our Team as a Packaging Operator in Bridgwater! Are you passionate about creating exceptional products and experiences? We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our dynamic team, working alongside our Brewers and Packaging Team to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our packaging lines.

What You Will Do:

  • Work 10 x 0700-1900 shifts over 3 weeks of weekdays (2 x 3 day weeks + 1 x 4 day week). No night shifts.
  • Operate and maintain bottle and keg line equipment with precision and care.
  • Troubleshoot and repair packaging line equipment to keep production flowing.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation across all packaging areas.
  • Conduct quality checks and complete documentation to the highest standards.
  • Safely drive a forklift truck (FLT) to support operations.
  • Champion health and safety practices, ensuring a safe workplace for everyone.

What You Will Bring:

  • A passion for quality and attention to detail.
  • Basic mechanical skills to handle troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Familiarity with packaging line machinery (desirable).
  • An FLT licence or willingness to obtain one.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to excel in every task.
