We’re looking for a passionate, people focused leader to run The Bird in Hand, a much-loved Butcombe Pub & Inn.
The Bird in Hand is a local favourite. A premium pub full of character, charm, and community spirit. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and beautifully kept rooms, it’s the kind of place guests return to time and again. Leading The Bird in Hand is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark in a thriving, values-led business.
As a Butcombe General Manager, you’ll lead your team with heart and bring energy, warmth, and high standards to every service. You’ll be empowered to run your pub and care for it as if it were your own by building a team you’re proud of, delighting guests and delivering outstanding results.
