You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, supporting chefs, and helping to keep service running efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment
  • Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery, and equipment are washed, cleaned, and ready for use during busy service
  • Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and tidy throughout the shift, including pot wash and deep cleaning tasks
  • Supporting basic food preparation when required, helping the chefs keep service moving efficiently
  • Managing waste disposal, recycling, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storing goods safely and correctly
  • Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a fast‑paced kitchen team, bringing energy, reliability, and a positive “can do” attitude
