Butcombe Pubs & Inns is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen teams in some of the UK’s most stunning locations. You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely and to high standards, helping with food preparation and day-to-day kitchen management.
You’ll coach and mentor junior chefs, contribute to stock control and kitchen compliance, and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
