Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen teams in stunning UK pubs and inns. You will run a designated section, cook fresh dishes to menu and Head Chef direction, and consistently deliver high standards of quality, taste and presentation.
You’ll manage portions, cost controls, stock rotation and waste, while upholding exceptional hygiene and safety. You’ll support the wider kitchen, collaborate with the team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
