What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
  • Supporting with food preparation, service and day‑to‑day kitchen management.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
  • Coaching and mentoring chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
  • Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
  • Taking the lead in the Head Chef's absence and supporting the development of the wider kitchen team.
  • Playing a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high‑performing kitchen culture.
