Job Description
We are a bold, award-winning business who pride ourselves in giving our chefs the freedom to create premium, seasonal menus that ‘wow’ our customers within an industry-leading environment. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the family.
The Bear is a historic Cirencester pub, recently refurbished with stunning traditional features, cosy furnishings and an open fire.
Join us for award-winning beer, delicious seasonal dishes and Great British pub classics made with the finest local produce, plus weekend brunch and Cirencester’s finest Sunday roasts. In the warmer months our streetside beer garden is made for al fresco drinking and dining.
