Tucked away in the tranquil village of Totford, Hampshire, The Woolpack Inn is a newly refurbished Grade I listed pub with rooms. With a stunning blend of historic charm and modern comfort, we’re reopening with fresh ambition and a renewed focus on exceptional food and genuine hospitality.
A Kitchen Rooted in Quality
Under the leadership of Head Chef Luke, our kitchen celebrates seasonal cooking and local ingredients — many of which come straight from our on-site Market Garden. Our commitment to sustainability and flavour has earned us Two AA Rosettes, and we’re just getting started.
As we grow, we’re looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen brigade.

The Role
As Braekfast Chef, you'll take ownership of your section and work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, given opportunities to develop your skills, and encouraged to bring your passion to the plate.
Key Responsibilities:

Running your section efficiently during prep and service

Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times

Supporting junior chefs and maintaining high kitchen standards

Following kitchen procedures, including health & safety and cleanliness

Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials

At least 1–2 years’ experience in a quality kitchen
