We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Manager with a strong focus on Events Management to help lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences, from relaxed dining to beautifully executed celebrations.

- Events Leadership: You’ll take the lead on private dining, celebrations, weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, overseeing planning, coordination, and flawless delivery. From intimate dinners to larger countryside events, you’ll ensure every detail reflects the unique character and high standards of The Crab & Boar.
- Front-of-House Excellence: Alongside events, you’ll be a visible and confident leader on the floor, running shifts, coaching the team, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely looked after.
