We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. What You'll Be Doing

  • Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and consistent high standards.
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality, freshly produced dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction.
  • Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during service, including stepping up when required to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation at all times.
  • Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation in line with procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, following company standards and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
