We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in food production and ensuring that our high standards of quality and presentation are met. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily kitchen operations.

  • Help manage food inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
