About The Role
We are seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst to drive new member acquisition. This role requires a strong analytics background, partnering with business teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze data, develop hypotheses, and execute campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement. The analyst will track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations. Extensive experience with paid media, analytics platforms, and languages is preferred.
Our marketing and commercial teams embrace a hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration twice a week in Watertown, MA, and flexible meetings including walks and Taco Tuesday!
Responsibilities
- Analyze data across site, digital channels, lead/email flows, and awareness channels to identify opportunities and advise strategy.
- Maintain and improve reporting tools.
- Design, analyze, and report on tests to optimize channels, creative, and audience targeting.
- Enhance attribution and media mix models through analysis and testing.
- Understand and improve the new member journey, including predictive LTV and CPA metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams to align growth efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in growth marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience in paid media management and growth marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, PowerBI.
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of performance measurement, incrementality testing, attribution, and media mix modeling.
- Collaborative mindset with project management skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 per year
