About the Role
The BUSY Group is growing and we’re looking for a proactive WHS Compliance Coordinator to help us strengthen our safety culture and support our teams across multiple locations. If you’re organised, detail‑focused and passionate about workplace health and safety, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll play a key part in coordinating our WHS systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting leaders to create safe, healthy workplaces. Every day brings variety — from system administration and reporting, to fire safety coordination, incident management and training support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain WHS compliance across sites and keep records audit‑ready
- Coordinate our WHS management system (Folio) and champion data quality and reporting
- Support internal WHS and ISO audits, including evidence collation and corrective actions
- Manage fire safety compliance, registers, servicing schedules and evacuation diagrams
- Assist with incident reporting, workers’ compensation documentation and trend analysis
- Coordinate WHS training through the LMS and maintain competency records
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly WHS reporting and maintain SharePoint documentation
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and promote a positive safety culture

Skills And Experiences About You
- Experience in WHS administration or compliance coordination (highly regarded)
- Strong systems capability, including advanced Excel skills and confidence working with SharePoint and LMS platforms
- Experience supporting managers to meet WHS and compliance obligations
- Understanding of performance measurement, benchmarking and quality standards
- Proven ability to coordinate compliance processes and contribute to accreditation activities (ISO experience desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business
- High attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally
