This is more than just a desk job – you’ll be the go-to expert championing compliance, crunching incident data, streamlining audits, and keeping our WHS systems sharp, smart, and future-focused.
In this dynamic role, you'll take the reins on key compliance activities, manage critical systems like Folio and SharePoint, lead fire safety and emergency planning, and make sure our teams stay trained, safe, and ready. You’ll dive into data, maintain smooth workflows across multiple systems and inboxes, and support ISO accreditation standards with confidence.

Skills And Experiences
About you...
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other business applications, with strong technical expertise in LMS systems.
- Proven experience in administration with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to support compliance, performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards.
- Experience leading processes to achieve and maintain accreditation, with knowledge of WHS and ISO standards desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-performing, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
