About the Role
The BUSY Group is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a confident, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality, compliance and people development truly matter. If you’re someone who loves building strong systems, lifting capability, and ensuring programs run at a high standard — this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) contract.
As our Training and Administration Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery, administration and compliance functions that support thousands of apprentices, employers and stakeholders nationwide. You’ll lead a capable team, partner closely with government and regulatory bodies, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the program.
- Lead training, administration and compliance functions to ensure high-quality AASS service delivery
- Support quality assurance systems and manage a team across training, administration functions and contract support
- Design and deliver training aligned with current government policy
- Monitor staff capability and maintain key AASS resources and documentation
- Identify risks, support audits and liaise with government and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous improvement across the program while upholding BUSY’s child safety principles
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until June 2028. This role is able to be based in QLD, NSW or VIC.

Skills And Experiences About You
- Experienced in quality, compliance or training within government-funded programs
- Strong communicator who can interpret complex guidelines and policies
- Skilled in designing and delivering training for diverse teams
- Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive and improvement-focused
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, or willingness to undertake
