This is a rare opportunity to shape regulator ready systems from the ground up. You’ll translate legislation, registration standards, governance obligations and accreditation requirements into practical frameworks, policies, evidence sets and implementation plans that withstand external scrutiny and support successful school establishment.
If you’re energised by complex regulatory environments, high-stakes quality work, and building systems that set organisations up for long-term success, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, influence and impact.

- Continuous improvement — Adapt frameworks for new jurisdictions, regulatory changes and emerging compliance expectations.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regulatory foundations of new educational entities — ensuring quality, compliance and governance excellence from day one. You’ll work with passionate leaders, influence major strategic initiatives and build frameworks that support long-term success across Australia and beyond. This is a Southport based role with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid model.
