A bit about the role...
The primary function of this role is to plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid media activity across The BUSY Group’s brands. You will be responsible for full-funnel performance strategy, technical implementation, and continuous optimisation to drive qualified leads and commercial outcomes. This is a permanent full-time position with the choice to work remotely or from our Southport Head Office.
Key activities include:
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (incl. Grants), Meta, and additional PPC channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Microsoft Ads.
- Maintain strong control of CPL/CPA efficiency, bidding strategies, pacing and audience segmentation.
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies, including campaign plans, budget allocations and testing roadmaps.
- Lead structured A/B testing across ad copy, creative, audiences and landing pages.
- Build and maintain GA4 + GTM tracking, ensuring accurate attribution, consistent UTMs and clean data.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and implement best-practice measurement frameworks.
- Create and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and deliver weekly insights and monthly executive reporting.
- Analyse channel, audience and landing page performance to drive continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with Brand & Content, CRM and Web teams to align creative, messaging, automations and CRO initiatives.
- Manage campaign workflow and task visibility within Asana.

About you...
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing performance media in multi-brand or high-volume environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally LinkedIn/TikTok Ads.
- Strong technical capability in GA4, GTM, attribution models, event tracking and integrations.
- Experience building Looker Studio dashboards and turning data into actionable insights.
- Proven success in CPL reduction, conversion optimisation, audience scaling and budget pacing.
- Strong ad copywriting skills and the ability to brief creative assets aligned to platform best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Desirable experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Dynamics), automation tools (Zapier/Make), and CRO methodologies.
