As our Apprenticeship Support Services Account Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable go-to for clients, apprentices and internal teams — helping keep the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) program running seamlessly. The role includes:
- Responding to AASS enquiries with professionalism, clarity and a customer-first mindset.
- Maintaining accurate records across electronic and hard-copy systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinating large corporate accounts and supporting ongoing relationship management.
- Partnering with BUSY At Work Field Officers to drive product uptake and deliver exceptional service.
- Providing day-to-day admin support to keep operations running smoothly.
This role is full time, fixed term to 30/06/2028 with a possibility of extension. Enjoy a hybrid work model, collaborating in the office at Southport and working from home.

Skills And Experiences:
A bit about your experience…
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets.
- Proven experience in maintaining and developing productive client relationships.
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Coordination/Administration, enhancing customer relationships.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in an Australian Apprenticeship Centre, handling apprenticeship paperwork and advice.
- Experience in project coordination, liaising with teams, and meeting client deadlines.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check.
