Job Overview
Support apprentices and build client relationships as an Apprenticeship Support Services Account Coordinator in the Workforce Planning team.
The role is full‑time, fixed term until 30/06/2028 with the possibility of extension, and offers a hybrid work model, collaborating in the office at Southport and working from home.
Responsibilities
- Respond to AASS enquiries with professionalism, clarity and a customer‑first mindset.
- Maintain accurate records across electronic and hard‑copy systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate large corporate accounts and support ongoing relationship management.
- Partner with BUSY At Work Field Officers to drive product uptake and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to create detailed spreadsheets.
- At least 2 years of experience in account coordination/administration, enhancing customer relationships.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in an Australian Apprenticeship Centre, handling apprenticeship paperwork and advice.
- Experience in project coordination, liaising with teams, and meeting client deadlines.
- Proven experience in maintaining and developing productive client relationships.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check.
- Knowledge that the appointment will be subject to satisfactory employment screening, including criminal history and relevant working‑with‑children checks.
