Role Responsibilities:
What You\’ll Do
Support the Centre Directorin overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards
Develop & deliveran engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs
Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards
Provide leadership & mentorshipto staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team
Enhance customer satisfactionby delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
Manage operational recordsand support financial planning to ensure sustainability
Required Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate
Level 3 qualification or abovein early years education
Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsto inspire and support your team
Passionate about fostering children’s developmentand creating positive relationships with families
